Assalamu A’laikum Dear Parent/ Guardian,

As you are aware that we are coming to the end of academic year. Alhamdulillah, despite having a lot of challenges; it has been another great academic year. During this academic year, our students have worked hard, demonstrated a lot of interests in learning and have made a good progress.

InshaAllah, we have planned for a number of amazing activities including an end of year trip. Please find the following important dates for your information:

End of year Exams Year 7 – Year 10Monday 26th June 2023 to Monday 10th July 2023Please allow your child ample time for revision so that he can prepare himself for the exams in an orderly manner.
Eid ul Adha breakWednesday 28th June 2023 to Friday 30th June 2023boarding students to be collected on Tuesday 27th June 2023 at 4pm and shall be returned to the school on Sunday 2nd July 2023 between 7pm -8pm sharp.
School resumeOn Monday 3rd July 2023 from 8:30am as normal.All students must attend school on time. Please remember student’s attendance and punctuality is vitally important for their success.
End of Year TripTuesday 11th July 2023This year, we have arranged a fantastic trip to Alton Tower. All students shall go to this trip. A cost of £45.00 to be paid for each student which includes Tickets (for unlimited rides), Travel cost & Lunch. Payments for the trip must be made by 30th June 2023. Students are allowed to bring a pocket money of £10.00 (max).
Sports WeekWednesday 12th July to Friday 14th July 2023Students will go to the local Park and enjoy with variety of sports activities. Winners will receive prizes as well.
Art & Crafts DayWednesday 19th July 2023Young Landscape Artist of the Year. Students will go to Local park and paint a Landscape section. Best student will be awarded the Young Artist of the Year award.
Bring & share / Award CeremonyThursday 20th July 2023Day students shall bring foods and drinks to share with fellow students. Boarders shall also contribute to the event.
No School for day studentsFriday 21st July 2023No lessons on Friday, instead parents meeting will be taking place
Parents Meeting for Boarding StudentsFriday 21st July 2023 at 9am – 12pmYou will get opportunities to speak to our staff regarding your child’s progress. We would appreciate if you contact our school office to confirm your attendance with time. Boarding students shall be collected on Friday 21st July 2023 at 2pm.
Parents Meeting for day studentsFriday 21st July 2023 from 2:30pm – 4:00pmYou will get opportunities to speak to our staff regarding your child’s progress. We would appreciate if you contact our school office to confirm your attendance with time.
Summer HolidayTuesday 25th July 2023 to Monday 4th September 2023No school
Boarders return & Teachers TrainingMonday 4th September 2023Boarder shall be returned to the school on Monday 4th September 2023 at 3pm – 5pm. Please be mindful of the time as any deviation from this will cause us great difficulties.
Commence of the new Academic YearTuesday 5th September 2023Students attend the school as normal.

We ask you to assist your child to perform daily SALAH, to recite QUR’AN and to do HOMEWORK while he is at home.

For the HIFZ students, we request you to supervise your child to practice and revise the memorization of the Qur’an at home during holiday.

We would like to stress that please make sure your child must not bring any prohibited items to the school. Prohibited devices/items shall be confiscated (not to be returned) and could be a reason for exclusion.

Boarders are not allowed to bring bottled water of any fizzy drink.

Please Make sure your child brings the school uniform and correct PE kits when return to school. We thank you for your continued support. May Allah SWT bless you.
