Assalamu A’laikum Dear Parent/ Guardian,
As you are aware, we are coming to the end of the academic year. Alhamdulillah, despite having many challenges, it has been another great academic year. During this academic year, our students have worked hard, demonstrated a lot of interest in learning, and made good progress.

InshaAllah, we have planned several amazing activities and an end-of-year trip. Please find the following important dates for your information:

Eid ul Adha Break

• Date: Monday 17th June 2024
• Boarding students to be collected on: Friday 14th June 2024 at 4pm
• Return to school on: Monday 17th June 2024 at 6pm

End of Year Exams

• Date: Monday 24th June 2024 till Friday 28th June 2024
• Note: Please allow your child ample time for revision so that he can prepare himself for the exams in an orderly manner.

Hifz Exam

• Date: Monday 1st & Tuesday 2nd July 2024

Parents Meeting

• Date: Tuesday 9th July 2024 & Wednesday 10th July 2024
• Time: 3pm till 5pm
• Note: You will get opportunities to speak to our staff regarding your child’s progress. You need to fill out the form and return it to the school reception.

End of Year Trip to Alton Towers

• Date: Thursday 20th June 2024
• Note: All students will go on this trip. A payment of £40.00 is to be made for each student, which includes the ticket & travel cost. Payment for the trip must be made by the 10th June 2024.

Sports Week

• Date: Monday 15th July 2024 till Wednesday 17th July 2024
• Note: Students will go to the local park and enjoy a variety of sports activities. Winners will receive prizes as well.

Nashid, Qiraat & Speech Competition

• Date: Thursday 18th July 2024 & Friday 19th July 2024
• Note: The students will be required to participate in Qiraat, Nasheed & Speech competition. The best performers will be awarded.

Summer Holiday

• Date: Wednesday 24th July 2024 till Monday 2nd September 2024
• Note: Day & Boarding students to be collected on Tuesday 23rd July at 2pm.

Boarders Return & Teachers Training

• Date: Monday 2nd September 2024
• Note: Boarders shall return to the school on Monday 2nd September 2024 at 3pm – 5pm. Please be mindful of the time as any deviation from this will cause us great difficulties.

Commence of the New Academic Year

• Date: Tuesday 3rd September 2024
• Note: Students attend the school as normal.
